Book with peace of mind - our cancellation policy is flexible!

Given the uncertain health situation, we apply flexible cancellation conditions, with a refund of 100% of the amount paid up to the day of your arrival or pro rata to the time spent (excluding ancillary costs) if your stay is interrupted. These conditions will only apply in the event of new measures announced by the government and directly linked to the health situation / COVID-19 preventing you from travelling to La Bourboule (limitations, restrictions or prohibitions on travel to La Bourboule or from your place of residence or containment measures).

If you are forced to cancel your stay for any other reason (not directly related to the health situation or in case of a positive COVID-19 test of one or more participants to the stay) then the "classic" cancellation conditions will apply. In the event of a problem we will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution, but to be completely reassured we advise you to find out about the cancellation insurance offered by your bank card or to take out travel insurance offering COVID-19 cover for the duration of your stay.

Reinforced hygiene measures

In this particular sanitary context, we are doing our best to preserve the safety of our travellers and teams by putting in place a certain number of actions and measures:

  • Ventilation of all rooms between each stay,
  • Rigorous cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched and/or sensitive surfaces (switches, door handles, furniture handles, remote control, etc.),
  • Removal of fabric and/or non-essential decorative elements,
  • Provision of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen by an external professional service provider in order to comply with high temperature washing standards,
  • Provision of a welcome kit on arrival including 1 cleaning wipe, 1 sponge, 1 bin bag, dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid,
  • Provision of a soap dispenser for hand washing,
  • Respect for the rules of social distancing on arrival and departure.

We also ask all our guests to respect the barrier gestures throughout their stay.

Contactless arrival

On the day of your arrival, you will be welcomed on site, by appointment, by the concierge team. For more security, it is possible to organise your arrival "contactless" and to collect your keys via a secure code box. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
